What is Kundalini
The Sanskrit word for the most powerful force of energy within our body is Kundalini, or Kundalini Fire.
The Kundalini is located at the base of our spine, and is asleep in most people.
When the Kundalini is awakened, it has a powerful energy source that opens the chakras, and allows the healing process.
What is Reiki
Reiki was founded and developed by a Buddhist named Mikao Usui, in 1922.
Traditional Reiki and Western Reiki both have three different degrees that must be reached.
First Degree: Teaching at Entry or Elementary
You can heal yourself.
You can heal others.
Second Degree: The Inner Teachings
You can heal yourself.
You can heal others from a distance. We define this form of healing as distant healing.
You are capable of healing through and with the use of symbols.

Third Degree: Master/Teacher Degree or the Mystery Teachings

You are authorized to teach every degree within the Reiki concepts.

It is recommended that all Reiki Masters attune their students personally. The physical energy field of the student must be touched by the Master for proper attunement.
